People make prayers and supplications to Allāh on a daily basis all around the world. Sometimes, those prayers are immediately answered and they get what they desire. At other times, it may take days, weeks, months or years – and in the case of the supplication of Prophet Ibrāhīm for a prophet to come from Mecca, it took over 3,000 years to materialize.
