As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, every profession has embraced the new reality of remote work and online tools. Most, if not all, Planned Giving professionals made an abrupt switch from a style of work that centered on in-person meetings to a new style, relying almost exclusively on remote tools. As we transition back to our offices, most of us will need to adjust to a hybrid form of our profession that utilizes in-person meetings and Zoom, Skype, etc..
