Today’s guest is Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar! He is recognized globally as a humanitarian, spiritual leader and peacemaker. He has touched the lives of more than 450 million people around the world, resolving conflicts through dialogue and self-awareness, teaching positive approaches to living including techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety, and by his example of selfless service. His organization The Art of Living is best known for their SKY Breath Meditation program that we get into and he’s also released his new book “An Intimate Note to The Sincere Seeker” In this episode we discuss what he believes happens when we die and how we should think about death, the importance of meditating and how you tap into your meditative power, the different ways to find spiritual abundance, why we’re bad at being happy and a few simple practices to bring more joy into your life, why it’s crucial to find a higher purpose in your life and so much more!
