Kamar Jaffer is a counsel in Allen & Overy’s Middle East Funds & Asset Management Group with 15 years of experience. She helps clients structure and establish investment funds/vehicles to raise capital as well as acts for investors on their investments into funds globally across a range of asset classes. Prior to joining A&O, Kamar was Head of Legal, or MENA & Turkey at PineBridge Investments. Kamar is a member of the Young Arab Leaders as well as A&O’s Middle East Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
