On today's episode of the show, I am going to be talking about food. If you know me or have listened to the show for awhile, you know that I have been struggling with food, listening to my body, and body image, since I was 12.
In today's episode, I give a little of my back story, and I share what has brought me so much peace around food and my body (spoiler: I am not going to tell you what, when, or how much to eat...only YOUR intuition and body know that information).
With the bombardment of information out there about how to eat and what our bodies should look like, I hope this can bring you some peace amongst the noise.
