On Sunday a fire quickly spread through South Africa’s parliament building. The blaze took dozens of firefighters to contain and destroyed most of the National Assembly. Thankfully nobody was hurt. The damage will cost millions of dollars and could disrupt the government’s operations. But amid all this, some people in South Africa are celebrating.
