The Supreme Court heard oral arguments today in a case to determine the fate of Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision in which the Supreme Court protected a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion. This week, the nine justices will sit alone in a conference room and go over the case. 

The United States' first confirmed case of the Omicron coronavirus variant has been identified in California. Senator Tim Kaine joins to discuss the new covid variant as it slows down global markets with holidays fast approaching.
