On The Move

Abc News
About this episode

This Thanksgiving, ABC News Radio presents “On The Move,” a three-hour special. Alex Stone hosts this in-depth look at the latest in transportation technology and the many ways we move around Planet Earth … and beyond. We’ll meet the scientists and engineers developing a spacecraft that will orbit an asteroid in deep space, gathering valuable, potentially life-saving information. We’ll get a close-up look at the next big thing in aviation, learn about automakers’ plans to go all-electric, and take a virtual-reality vacation. We’ll go one-on-one with the woman breaking land speed records on Antarctic ice with a modified car, strap on a jet pack and even go underground through public transportation tunnels. Buckle up!
