Caroline Hirons

Spiritland Creative
About this episode
Dubbed the most powerful woman in beauty, Caroline Hirons is the straight talking blogger whose no nonsense approach to skin-care has transformed her life and career. Now trusted by millions and feared by many, her product critiques are often hilarious and biting in equal measure. Championing transparency, accuracy, and science as well as equity and workers rights, Caroline is one force majeure we should all be grateful for. But she's a bit of a midlife hero too. After 4 children and years on the shop floor, Caroline began a new journey at 40 years old. Now, a decade later, she's a published author, and proud ADHD advocate who presides over a beauty empire. We also hear from celebrity hair stylist and midlife hair expert Michael Douglas, who tells us what's really going on with our post menopause locks, and what we can do to mitigate the dreaded frizz.
