Warriors Are Back!, Panic Meter: Nets?, ...

THE ATHLETIC
About this episode

In this week's Point of Contention Marcus Thompson and Jay King debate! Hosted by Zach Harper.

Take 1: While the weather called for overcast skies with a slight northerly wind, it RAINED hard in Brooklyn Tuesday night.

Take 2: We are now roughly a month into the season, teams have played about 14-15 games thus far, and looking across the league there are some troubling signs. So I ask, is it time to sound the alarm for these teams?

Take 3: Worried in the West? There’s certainly plenty of Panic to go around so let’s take a look at the Western Conference. (Jerry Seinfeld voice) What’s the deal with Portland?

Take 4: LeHuman James. Nothing heals a wound better than a Prime Time game!

Take 5: Speaking of guys that won a championship in a small town then bolted, news that Giannis might have his eyes set on (singing)..leaving on an airplane. Don’t know when Ill be back again, oh babe I hate to go!
