Don't Worry About the Rams & The Definit...

About this episode

On today's episode, Jason gets the party started with a deep dive into the San Francisco 49ers shocking beatdown of the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football. The Rams have been drubbed in back-to-back primetime games so naturally most of the talking heads will spend the rest of Tuesday morning telling you how fraudulent they are, how Matthew Stafford has never been a great quarterback, how the 'fantasy football' additions of Von Miller an Odell Beckham Jr were a giant waste of time... and they'd all be wrong. The Rams are STILL one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Do you remember the November swoon that Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had last season? Yeah, things seemed to work out for them in the end. Even Producer Rob G, who maintains that the Rams' finesse style of play on both offense and defense could be a problem as we head into the postseason, still admits that Los Angeles is neck-and-neck with the best teams in the conference. Speaking of which, with the Rams losing two straight, the Bucs losing two straight, the Arizona Cardinals dropping two of three and the Dallas Cowboys getting blown out by the Denver Broncos a week ago, is it safe to say that the Green Bay Packers are the best team in the NFC right now? The Packers have won 8 straight games with Aaron Rodgers under center, and they just might be the only team in all of football who plays truly complimentary football. Either way, with so many elite teams at the top, the NFC playoffs are shaping up to be a doozy.
