On today’s episode, Jason starts off by addressing his report that the New York Giants fired their offensive line coach after he got into a fist fight with head coach Joe Judge. Local media were quick to shoot the story down, which isn’t all that surprising if you know the inner workings of sports media, but our fearless leader is standing by what he said. Jason also shares his thoughts on the unfortunate injury suffered by Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson. All signs point to it being an Achilles tear, which would not only end his Thompson’s season but also any hope the Warriors had of winning an NBA championship. However, Producer Rob joins the show to explain why he thinks Klay’s injury should give Golden State the kick in the butt they needed to get involved in the James Harden Sweepstakes. Steph Curry isn’t getting any younger, and a trade for Harden would be enough to keep the Warriors in the championship mix for at least two more seasons. Plus, the guys do a deep dive on the NBA Draft and tell us which teams performed well (Philadelphia 76ers) and which teams didn’t (Minnesota Timberwolves and New Orleans Pelicans). Finally, Jason closes the show with the Thursday Night Football edition of the Best Bet.
