Lamar Jackson's 'Cramp' Game, The NFL Ga...

About this episode

On today's episode, Jason shares his thoughts on the Baltimore Ravens' wild victory over the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football. This game had EVERYTHING. Lamar Jackson had to leave the game with 'cramps', or 'diarrhea' if you believe the folks on Twitter, but was forced back into action when his backup injured his leg with less than two minutes left in the game. Naturally, Jackson threw the go-ahead touchdown pass on his first play back. Not to be outdone, Baker Mayfield led his team right back and scored the game-tying touchdown with less than a minute to go. Jackson then came back and marched the Ravens down the field AGAIN where Justin Tucker hit a 55-yard field goal with only seconds left on the clock. As if that ending wasn't wild enough, the Browns botched the lateral on the game's final play and fumbled out of the end zone for a safety. So not only did the Ravens get the win in dramatic fashion, but they covered the 3-point spread. Like we said, this game had EVERYTHING. It was easily the Game of the Year thus far in the NFL. Later, Jason closes the pod with a quick rant on the social media trolls who came after LiAngelo Ball after the middle Ball Brother was cut by the Detroit Pistons before ever stepping foot on the court. While the hater took glee in seeing Ball's dreams crushed, Jason argues that he should commend for having the bravery to chase his dreams.
