Today’s episode is a classic segment from GaryVeeTV! So many people face imposter syndrome when starting a new job or being promoted to a senior/manager role. It is completely normal to feel unqualified at first and scared to make a mistake because you do not want to let down your superiors. Just remember that they are the ones that decided to put you in that position and they are perfectly aware of what type of experience you have in that role. The fact is that they hired you because they trust you and know that when you do make a mistake, you will take the proper action to resolve it and learn from it.
