ناضلت لتنال الشهادة الثانوية، ثم دخلت حربًا أكبر حين دخلت الجامعة.

شاركت بالحركة الوطنية ضد استعمار بلادها، وقادت مظاهرات احتجاجية.

أسست أول تنظيم نسائي في السودان ودافعت عن حقوق النساء في بلدها.

من هي خالدة زاهر الساداتي.. طبيبة السودان الأولى!
