About this episode

In this episode we discuss how to address recurring troubling emotions, how to identify lies that we are believing, and how to inform those lies with the truth of God's Word and begin to walk in freedom and joy.

Here is the resource I mentioned that could be helpful in finding verses related to specific topics: http://www.openbible.info/topics/

Many of the verses used in this episode:

**CORRECTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS**

At around 30:15 I said "the superficial feelings." I meant to say "the superficial thoughts."

At 31:35 I quote Matthew 23:12 but I accidentally said "but" instead of "and". It does not change the meaning, but here is the actual verse: "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted" (Matthew 23:12).
