تعلم استخدام الحمام مرحلة نمو طبيعية عند الطفل، فنحن لا ندربهم على كيفية استخدام الحمام بل ندعمهم عندما يكونوا جاهزين. وتبدأ هذه المرحلة عندما يرغب الطفل في أن يكبر ويصل نموه العصبي إلى النقطة التي يمكنه فيها التحكم في مثانته وامعائه.

In today’s episode we will discuss the Montessori method in supporting a child during the phase of toilet learning. Instead of “potty training,” or “toilet training” the Montessori method refers to the process as “toilet learning.” That's because a child naturally learns how to use a toilet once his muscle is strong enough to support him and once he feels ready to take on this venture just like walking or crawling, which doesn't require training. As parents, our role is to prepare the environment, follow the development of the child and be respectful to his needs.
