Une question que l'on me pose souvent est la suivante : faut-il avoir une tête sérieuse pour être pris au sérieux ? Le fait de toujours sourire décrédibilise t-il ? Malheureusement, c'est une idée assez répendue en entreprise, y compris dans la gestion de crise : pour être sérieux, il faut avoir un visage fermé, pour ne pas dire austère. Cet épisode de Happy Work amène la preuve que c'est non seulement un contresens, mais que de plus, sourire au bureau est source de bien-être pour vous... et pour les personnes qui travaillent avec vous.
