Today is RUOK Day.  We all know the impact the pandemic is having on our mental health.  Everyone is stressed and under pressure.  But what about our children.  Are the kids OK?

 

Dr Louise Williams is senior clinical psychologist at The Rosy Room in southeast Queensland.  Dr Louise joins us to help children navigate the pandemic.

 

Katrina and Antoinette ask about simple advice and pointers to provide support for the children and teenagers in our lives.
