An Early Release: Episode 253

Always True Crime
About this episode
The intention was good. Prisons were filling up in 2007 and so the plan was to allow the early release of those prisoners not deemed to be a threat to the public. But when one man was released early, he was clearly still a danger as he demonstrated in the most terrible of circumstances.
