Goodbye Past, Hello Present with Guest B...

Dear Media, Caroline Stanbury
About this episode

This week Caroline is joined by her friend and ‘FRIENDS’ actor Bonnie Somerville.  Bonnie is down to earth, honest, plus seriously entertaining, she is also host of her own podcast ‘Second Act’ where she interviews many guests about their second chances in life and reinventing themselves. Bonnie has a list of TV shows to her name including FRIENDS, NYPD Blue, Grosse Pointe, new series Heels and Nash Bridge plus movies; Love You Like Christmas and Mom’s Day Away.

Bonnie and Caroline chat about the importance of saying goodbye to the past, taking a positive outlook and living for the present as when you do amazing things happen.. In Bonnie’s case work started to flood in, she’s met a great man (her now her fiancé) and she’s about to become Step Mom-in-Law to her fiancé’s two lovely children. The duo giggle and chat open and honestly about life, living it unapologetically plus embracing new In-Law roles, with both Sergio and Bonnie having this in common.
