PureScience: From being extinct in less ...

THEPRINT
About this episode

The dodo went extinct in less than 100 years of its discovery, and today is a symbol of extinction by human activity. Owing to its location, very few individual birds were sighted by humans in the 1600s, and most of what we know about the bird comes from description and art. ThePrint’s Sandhya Ramesh explains new findings that track the changes in the depiction of dodo in art and scientific drawings.
