18 The Nanny Named Fran (Fran Drescher)

During this emotional, inspiring, (and still incredibly funny) episode, the incomparable Fran Drescher (The Nanny!) opens up about how she turns pain into purpose: surviving uterine cancer and the struggle of attempting to convince doctors of the pain she was feeling; managing herself and her emotions through two divorces, having a gay ex-husband, and living through the trauma of the sexual assault and violence she suffered throughout her life.
