Robert is based in McKinsey’s San Jose, Costa Rica office. He began his McKinsey career in 2000 and is now the leader of the Global Research Function and Client Capabilities Network. Prior to that, he gained experience at a technology startup company in Sydney and worked at an investment bank in London. Outside of work, Robert loves surfing and going to the beach with his family.
