Au-delà des idées reçues, nous allons parler de ce que la technologie blockchain apporte à l’immobilier. Je tenais particulièrement à ce sujet car j'entends monts et merveille depuis des années sur ce qu’elle pourrait prétendument révolutionner. Certains ont même dit qu’elle allait rendre obsolète la profession de notaire ! Au final, ce qu’on peut retenir c’est qu’elle est un formidable levier de démocratisation de l’investissement.
