Per Øivind Houmb, stage name Prepple (born 14 March 1964) is the vocalist and frontman in the Norwegian rock band DumDum Boys. He has also been the vocalist in the band Wannskrækk, the drummer in Belsen Boys and the bassist in the band Betty Bohm Bang Band.
