However Amazon’s management philosophy and organisational tactics and strategies played a critical role in getting Amazon to where it is today - and continue to be one of the keys to its ongoing success.

Few understand the inner workings of Amazon’s management principles better than John Rossman, a former Amazon executive who lead the development of the Amazon marketplace in its formative years.

He worked with Jeff Bezos and other senior members of the company’s leadership as they implemented management concepts and tactics that were at least as innovative and groundbreaking as the company’s business model itself.

John understands Amazon’s unique business principles so well that he wrote a book about them.
